Return Policy

We offer over 3000 costumes & accessories that are backed by our hassle free returns policy as long as they returned within 7 days from delivery date. Please note that refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only, and return postage & handling charges are not refundable.

We allow 7 days from delivery date for returns due to the one time wear nature of some costumes. This allows enough time for you to try on your costume and check that you have made the right choice. You may return your costume at anytime during the 7 day trial as long as it is unworn, besides from being tried on and in its original undamaged packaging.

Any item received back that has been used, worn, altered, missing items, or is without the original packaging or garment tag cannot be refunded or exchanged. So please check everything is there before returning.

There is also a minimum 15% restocking fee for returned items that fall outside our normal return guidelines, including refusal of parcels upon delivery. There is also 15% restocking fee if more than five of one item is ordered and returned.

Please note some costume styles can change without notice due to a change in the manufacturer's production. These changes, no matter how slight, are beyond our control as the manufacturers do not always notify us and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. As part of our 7 day hassle free return policy you can return any item that doesn’t meet your full satisfaction, if this happens.

Exchanges 
If you need a different size or costume you will need to place a new order online straight away and return the item you have already ordered. This is because the item or size you may want may be out of stock by the time we receive your return. All appropriate policies apply to all returned items and the refund is for the cost of the merchandise only and does not include postage and handling.

Returning Merchandise

Please call us on 07 38061554 or email us at Customerservice@deltasdazzlingcostumes.com.au with your return request for authorisation and for a return ID number. You will then have to send your return item through registered or a traceable postage method to the correct address as per below. If you choose to return the item without the ability to track the delivery and we don't receive, we will not be responsible for refunding the order.

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the why you are returning
  • Any item that is damaged or a shortage, if applicable

The following items are not returnable

  • Items that have bee worn, used or altered in any way.
  • Undergarments
  • Socks and stockings
  • Eye lashes
  • Wigs, beards, facial hair or any other artificial hair (Must be returned in the unopened and sealed package)
  • Prosthetics, fangs or any other fake teeth (Must be returned in the unopened and sealed package)
  • Cosmetics (Must be in original unopened and factory sealed package)
  • You did not receive the costume in time for your event.
  • Items refused upon delivery.
